ECO CORK    eco cork insulating render is useful where its not possible to fix the fibre board insulation due to either lack of overhang of roof,too many obstructions to move , window cills ect...

FIBRE BOARD    we use a few different makes of fibre board insulation but the are all much the same type of product, starting at 30mm thick up to 200mm 

SHEEPS WOOL or HEMP,   thermafleece,

you could also buid a frame and insulate in the void (air gap too) fixing a wood wool board to the timbers and applying lime render/plaster over, also great in loft too...

if you have an old building without a cavity i would avoid using the following ...but they are fine if you have a property with cavity and dpc
